I have used a lot of Brow Tints in my time and let me tell you, this is what you need in your kit. The colours are outstanding! And the BLUE BLACK is ACTUALLY BLUE BLACK. My clients are OBSESSED & so am I! Affordable & Quality Products! 100/10
