2. Email or text admin@lashv.com.au videos of using the glue and how it is not sticking to the natural lash effectively. Please include in the same video - pouring glue, dipping fan, and application. Also include photo of room temperature and humidity reading.
3. Once video is reviewed and deemed not performing by our in house lash experts, please mail back glue bottle to warehouse (at customers cost). Refunds will only be issued for sticking issues only. Not retention issues.
4. Once glue is returned, we will refund you the glue cost only within 3 business days.
To claim the 30 day money back guarantee - please call Lash V first. Then send glue back to Lash V warehouse at customer cost within 30 days of receiving the glue. Once we receive the glue we will refund the glue cost only.

HOW TO APPLY TO LASH GROWTH GUARANTEE

Please explain to your clients the steps below so they can photograph their lash growth process correctly.

1. Email admin@lashv.com.au your clients X3 photos, your Lash V order number, and customer receipt of purchase within 60 days of purchase. 2. We will email you a return parcel slip for you to print & return the product to us.
3. You agree to refund the customer the full Retail price paid. We will refund you the wholesale price paid within 3 business days after receiving the returned product. 4. You agreeing to the above means you agree to refund your client the full retail price paid at your expense.
