Website Terms and Conditions for the purchase of wholesale products
‘We/Us/Our/Lash V’ means Lash V.
‘Retailer’ means any business that may purchase products from us in order to sell to a third-party purchaser.
‘You/Your’ means any individual person not acting on behalf of a Retailer.
‘Wholesale Prices’ means the discounted rate available to Retailers only.
By using this website, You agree to the following terms and conditions. Any purchase of products through wholesale prices is an implied acceptance of these conditions and is expressly conditioned on the assent of the Lash V terms and conditions available at Retail Terms and Conditions (lashv.com.au)
1. Pricing:
All prices are inclusive of GST and freight. The prices displayed are Wholesale Prices. We reserve the right to update prices at any time and any price changes will be updated on Our website at all times.
Lash V reserves the right to issue an amended invoice in the case of genuine error on its part in confirmation, quotation or invoicing. We may charge in addition to the price of the products an amount for delivery and handling at rates dependent on distance and volume of Products supplied.
The rates to be applied will be Lash V’s usual rates for matters or services of that kind or if there are no such usual rates then reasonable rates. Lash V’s usual rates are subject to change from time to time.
2. Reselling of products:
Brand representation: The Retailer must use product imagery and trademarks provided by Lash V on their website or in-store.
Resale price: As a wholesaler we set a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for each product listed on Our website. Retailers are obligated to comply with same.
Resale price must be the recommended RRP from Lash V or higher. If it is found that wholesalers are selling Lash V products at a reduced price below RRP, a termination of their wholesaler rights with Lash V will incur.
Sales and discounts: The Retailer agrees not to place any Lash V products on sale or special discounts unless otherwise instructed or approved by Lash V.
3. Pre-Orders
If Your order contains pre-ordered items then your order will be shipped in full once the pre-ordered items become available. If you would like to split your order, please note that each order must be a minimum amount of $200.00.
4. Selling through registered businesses only:
Lash V requires all clients who purchase the Retail Range to have a registered ABN or ACN and sell through their business only. Anyone who is found selling outside of their business will have their wholesale account suspended.
5. Faulty products:
If items you have received are faulty or not as ordered, please do not use the below return process made available on Our website. Please contact us instead using the contact details made available on Our website. (Any evidence you can provide of the fault will help us to speed up your claim)
6. Changes to terms and conditions
You can review the most current version of the terms and conditions at any time thorough the Lash V website at Retail Terms and Conditions (lashv.com.au)
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. We will email you a return parcel slip for you to print & return the product to us.
3. You agree to refund the customer the full Retail price paid. We will refund you the wholesale price paid within 3 business days after receiving the returned product.
4. You agreeing to the above means you agree to refund your client the full retail price paid at your expense. If you sell our retail range, you have read & agree to all retail Terms &Conditions as per above.
