Our loyalty program uses 'points' as the currency for rewards.

Points can be redeemed for discounts on your purchases. Visit the 'How to Redeem' section to learn more about the redemption process. These discounts can only be used on non-sale products. And discounts can't be used during sale periods. Discounts expire 6 months after redeeming.

You can use your points to get Dollar value discounts to use on your next purchase. Check our 'Reward List' for available options. Please note, Redeemed reward discount codes can only be used on non-discounted items, not during sale periods, and can not be used with other discount codes.

Points expire at the end of the calendar year, so be sure to use them before December 31st!

When you earn enough points, you get upgraded to a higher VIP Tier which unlocks a discount for you. Explore our 'VIP Tier' section for more information.

You can refer a friend who has not purchased with Lash V, by sharing your unique referral link. When they make a purchase using your link, both you and your friend will receive $20 off your next order. Your $20 discount has a minimum spend of $60. And can only be used on non-discounted products.

You can view your current point balance and transaction history in the 'Points History' section of your account. Simply log in to your account to display your points balance.

There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. However, certain activities may have a cap on the number of times they can be completed for points. Please note that all points expire 31st December each year.
