Developer 3% 80ml Cream
One V Salon Cream Developer is specially developed to create great consistency which will enable you to create high-quality results every single time. The cream mixture spreads easily and is specially formulated to not drip. So it’s time to take your brow game to the next level!
Directions for use: Mix equal parts of One V Salon Liquid Dye or One V Salon Dye and the One V Salon Oxidant Developer into a creamy paste. The mixing ratio is 1:1. Pro tip: Do not make too watery, as this will not result in the desired effect. Please remove the seal before use.
Precautions: Wear protective gloves and avoid contact with eyes and skin. Rinse immediately if comes into contact with eyes and skin. If irritation occurs stop use immediately or see a doctor.
Store in a cool place away from light and below 25°C (77°F) and close bottle immediately after use.

Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Propylene Glycol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-25, Disodium Phosphate, Sodium Stannate, Etidronic Acid.
This Developer is to be mixed 1:1 with the the One V Salon Liquid Dye, or Brow and Lash Dye.

Tried different consistency and used medium and dark brown but still couldn't get it dark enough of a stain but tinted eyebrows well.
