Lash V  Offer unbelieve worldwide shipping for all our customers across the Globe. We use our Trusted partners Australia Post & DHL Express with multiple shipping options to fit everyone’s needs.

Processing Time Frames - Shipping time does not include processing.  Processing and packaging Can take 1-2 business days Monday to Friday. Please allow delays during sale periods and to expect Processing and packaging times at the warehouse to be 3-7 days depending on the high volume.

FREE SHIPPING - Items on which FREE shipping is offered to Australia only.

Chang of Mind/Returns Policy - If you change your mind about a product or order the wrong one you can simply take advantage of our easy 30-day return policy and return it for a store credit. Please email admin@lashv.com.au include tax invoice, pictures, and details.

To be eligible, the following criteria need to be met: 

  1. Item must be unused and in original, unopened, undamaged and resalable condition 2. The exchange is within a reasonable period of time (30 days) 3. Provide satisfactory proof of purchase, such as: 
  2. Original receipt b. Gift receipt c. Bank statement or Credit card statement d. Online tax invoice 
  3. Non sale item
  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

SALE PERIODS-

During Sale periods all orders will be delayed due to the high amount of orders please allow 3-5 days during sale period for dispatch. Sale items are non refunded or return They are final.

 

 

Exchanges for Defective items

We only replace items if they are defective you must send us an email within ten (10) business days from the date you received your merchandise and include pictures at admin@lashv.com.au and send your item to:

Orders over ten (10) business days old are non-returnable or refundable. All items need to be returned within 15 days of receipt. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

Returns Due to Customer Error

If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, shipping & handling fees apply. This must be emailed within 48 hours to admin@lashv.com.au and returned within 30 days. This includes errors in the product(s) selected. Once the item(s) are returned, please allow 2 business days for re-processing.

Unfortunately, One V Salon is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit. One V Salon does not take on any responsibility and/or liability of a purchase order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking. 

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe item is damaged during transit, please notify us via email within (24) hours of via admin@lashv.com.au and include images. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. One V Salon reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products.
No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Customer Service or outside 24 hours.

 

Consumer Guarantees - As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from One V Salon. If you believe an item or services is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. However, these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse. 

Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send the item to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time. If the item or service has a major failure, you may reject it and seek a refund or replacement, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value. These consumer guarantees apply to items or services and may be impacted by the type and age and nature of the item. 

DUTIES – MUST READ

All of our sales may incur Duty, Taxes and other charges depending on the Import regulations of your country (the value of the goods). 

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as order values vary and destination country rules and regulations vary. In order to ensure the earliest possible delivery of your order, please pay these charges in a timely manner if requested by DHL or another delivery service. Should you choose not to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and One V Salon will not be held responsible for any of parcel of any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

Once a Returns item(s) reach One V Salon, One V Salon will inspect the item(s) to ensure the eligibility criteria has been met). Within ten (10) days of receiving the Returns item(s), One V Salon will issue a Credit-Note, at its sole discretion.

 If One V Salon, at its sole discretion, determine that a Refund is to be provide, then One V Salon will process the Refunds within ten (10) business days of receiving the Returns.

Please note that all Credit-Notes will be issued via email and in the form of a code. The Credit- Note will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

DELIVERY 

If you are not home at the time of your order’s delivery, you may be left a calling card. Your order may be redirected to your local post office and you can collect the parcel from your local post office with your Photo ID. Alternatively, your order may be redirected to our offices. 

Some packages may require a signature on delivery and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if your delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. If no one is present to sign for confirmation of your order, the package will be sent to your local post office for collection. 

There may be some delays with shipping which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility and/or liability for any of these processing delays.
