Congratulations on becoming a Lash V Brand Ambassador! Lash V is owned and operated by Salon Tech Co Pty Ltd trading as "Lash V ". Lash V may share and/or swap information, including Personal Information, with other Supplier related companies, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively referred to as “Lash V Entities”).
By becoming a Lash V Brand Ambassador, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (‘T&C’s’). If You do not agree to these T&C’s, please advise us immediately in writing that you do not wish to be a Lash V Brand Ambassador. You also agree to provide us with your consent to receive any required notices (if any). You acknowledge that these T&C’s contain disclaimers and other provisions that limit Lash V’s or the Lash V Entities’ liability to You..
By becoming a Lash V Brand Ambassador, you agree, acknowledge and consent that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You will promote and market Lash V products to salon owners and customers, as approved by Lash V in its absolute and sole discretion.
- In promoting Lash V, you will conduct yourself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the good reputation of Lash V and the Lash V Entities. If you do not uphold these standards, in the absolute and sole discretion of Lash V (acting reasonably), you will be immediately removed as a Brand Ambassador for Lash V and forfeit any unused Rewards, Discount Codes and any other promotional codes effective immediately.
General
- You must not be a brand ambassador for any competitor of Lash V and/or the Lash V Entities.
- You must not promote other lash products that are in competition with Lash V and/or the Lash V Entities.
- You are not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of Lash V or any of the Lash V Entities.
- You do not act on behalf of Lash V or any of the Lash V Entities.
- You do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of Lash V or any of the Lash V Entities.
- You must not disclose these terms and conditions to any third party, unless agreed expressly in writing by Lash V.
- You will not sell any Lash V products on any websites on the internet or in retail establishments, or any social media platform that is not expressly permitted by Lash V in writing.
- These T&C’s are to be read in conjunction with Lash V’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which can be viewed https://www.lashv.com.au/pages/terms-and-conditions if you would like a copy.
Content
- All blogs, posts, pictures, videos promoted by you in any way shape or form on any and all media platforms (tv, newspaper, radio, etc). including any and all social media platforms, is owned exclusively by Lash V and/or the Lash V Entities (“Content”).
- Lash V and/or the Lash V Entities own the right to use the Content at its absolute and sole discretion, including but not limited to email marketing, website content and social media content.
Rewards & Discount Codes
- You will receive, test, wear, model, experience and write about Lash V products on social networks (blogs, posts, pictures, videos, etc) and social media platforms (facebook, instagram, tik tok, snapchat, etc), using Lash V’s brand hashtags “#lashv” and @lashv, as approved by Lash V in its absolute and sole discretion (“Tasks”).
- For each task you successfully complete, as determined by Lash V in its absolute and sole discretion, you will receive a Reward.
- All Rewards and Discount Codes are valid for two (2) months after the date of issue.
- The Reward may be provided to you in form of a Discount for Lash V products, or a gift card, as determined by Lash V in its absolute and sole discretion.
- You will not receive any cash value for any unused or unredeemed Rewards or Discount Codes.
- The Discount Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other Lash V offer or promotion.
- You will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards or further discount codes for Lash V’s and/or the Lash V Entities’ use of any Content promoted by you that are used Lash V’s social media networks.
- The Reward or Discount Codes cannot be shared with any other person, including but not limited to, any salon owners or customers.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you use your Reward or Discount Codes to purchase any Lash V products. If you make a purchase and do not use your Reward or Discount Code, you will not be credited or compensated by Lash V.
- If you are no longer a Lash V Brand Ambassador for any reason whatsoever, all Rewards and Discount Codes will be immediately forfeited on termination.
- Please note reward discounts can't be used on other sale or discounted items.
Intellectual Property
- You will protect Lash V’s intellectual property (including any and all trademarks) and you will not copy or reproduce Lash V’s intellectual property or other company materials for use in advertising, without the express written consent of Lash V.
- All Lash V intellectual property is owned by Lash V.
- For the avoidance of doubt, any reference to intellectual property in these T&C’s also includes the Content (as defined in these T&C’s).
Termination
- Lash V reserves the right to cancel these T&C’s at any time, for any reason whatsoever, without notice to you.
- If you no longer wish to be a Lash V Brand Ambassador, you must provide seven (7) days written notice to Lash V.
- Lash V reserves the right to use all Content, even after your termination or cessation.
- Lash V may revise or amend these T&C’s at any time at our absolute discretion by posting revised terms. You agree that, in the event that any portion of these T&C’s is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these T&C’s remain in full force and effect. Any revisions will be effective immediately and by your continued engagement as a Brand Ambassador. You agree to the T&C’S as amended. If You do not agree to the new posted T&C’s, You agree that your only remedy is to terminate your engagement as a Brand Ambassador.
