So you've decided to train as a professional Brow Artist. Or maybe you're just curious about how brow staining works or confused by tints, cremes, stains and dyes. Brow Stains are trending, however there are also advantages to Brow tints/Dyes which we'll be coming below.
What is Brow Tint?
Brow tint comes in a variety of shades and is designed to colour the hair, but not the skin beneath your hair. Tint washes gradually out of your brow hair and can last around 2 to 4 weeks.
Do you sell Brow Tint?
Yes! Our Brow & Lash Creme Dye is often called 'tint' by Lash and Brow artists and can be used safely for both eyebrow tinting and lash lifting tints. Brow Tint and Brow Dye is often used interchangeably to describe a creme solution.
What is Brow Stain?
Unlike Brow Tints that only deposits pigmentation on Brow Hairs, Brow Stains will stain both the skin for 7-10 days and eyebrow hairs for up to 4-6 weeks. Brow Stain traditionally always has Henna as an active ingredient. However we've developed a world's first Brow Stain WITHOUT Henna - this allows for clients' with sensitivities or allergies to safely get a Brow Stain service and is also perfect to be paired with Brow Laminations.
What is Stain WITHOUT Henna?
Our Liquid Stain WITHOUT Henna is a world's first Eyebrow Stain that doesn't contain Henna - that allows Brow Artists to service all clients including those allergic to Henna without compromising on stunning results. Stain WITHOUT Henna is our liquid stain that is more pigmented than our Brow & Lash Dye resulting in darker/more dramatic results that last longer than Brow Tint.
Should you choose Tint or Stain?
While our Brow & Lash Dye allows you to safely tint lashes during lash lifts and brows as part of a brow lamination - tints will provide a subtle look. Brow Stains will provide more depth with stain skin and pigmented brow hairs.
