Simply, they're lash extensions that resemble wet lashes. But they also come with different names: ‘wet-sets, angel sets, angel lashes, fairy lashes and aqua-lashes’. Essentially they are made with the same lash fan just tweaked slightly for a different end result.

The wet look trend emerged in 2019, characterized by the use of narrow, nearly closed volume fans.
