Shipping time does not include processing & dispatching time. Orders are typically processed and dispatched the same business day (AEST), but this may extend to 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday due to high volume of orders.  

PLEASE NOTE: Please allow for extended delays during sale periods as processing and dispatching times can be up to 3-7 business days depending on the high volume. We don’t process orders on weekends, Australian national public holidays or Victorian state Public holidays.

Change of Mind/Returns Policy:

If you change your mind about a product or order the wrong items, you can simply take advantage of our easy 30-day return policy and return it for a store credit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please email admin@lashv.com.au and include order number, name, pictures, list of items returning, and reason for returning.
